Welcome to the North Carolina Geographic Information Coordinating Council

In 2010 the Office of information Technology Services negotiated a new Esri Enterprise License Agreement (ELA).  The agreement replaces the five year ELA originally signed in 2005. The GICC, the State Government GIS Users Group and the Local Government Committee participated in the negotiations.  The new ELA includes a Master Purchase Agreement for local governments.  The term of the agreement is for five years.  For details, see here
